Let HiPeople handle everything. Set up jobs and define when and what gets sent. Once configured, workflows run automatically without manual input in your ATS.
Pull Integration is required for Resume Screening and Voice Screening. It works best for teams that hire at scale with repeatable setups.
Prerequisites
Before you're able to set up a job with your ATS your HiPeople organization's admin must set up HiPeople with your ATS of choice. They're able to do this by going to 'My Organization' and selecting their ATS, once they've followed the steps and successfully integrated the ATS we're ready to go!

Job Integration
1. Locate the job that you'd like to sync with your ATS from the Jobs button on the left navigation bar and use the Search box to quickly find the job and click on it:
2. In the top right corner of the screen, select the 3-dot menu button and click Manage ATS automation:
3. From the drop down menu, select the ATS job you'd like to sync this HiPeople job with and click the Next button:
4. Select the stages at which the Assessment and Reference Check should be sent at. Please note that candidates are automatically sent the respective invitation the moment they are moved to the set stage in your ATS:
5. On the final step, you'll need to review that the stages selected are correct, tick the "I understand" box which confirms you're aware that candidates will automatically be sent an invitation as a result of an ATS stage move, and finally hit the Confirm button to save the selection:
6. Your HiPeople ATS integration is now set up!
