Navigate to HiPeople and Log In. Click on your user name on the bottom left, and then Settings. Locate the Integrations option on the list on the left. (Direct link here: https://app.hipeople.io/settings/org/integrations).

On the Integrations page, locate and click UKG Pro Recruiting under the Automate in HiPeople (Pull Integration) category.

In the first screen, you will see what permissions HiPeople will have by enabling the integration. Click Continue.

Log in to your UKG Pro environment, click on the Search bar and enter “Recruiting Gateway”.

Copy the URL of your recruiting dashboard.

Paste it into the connection flow and click Continue.

The rest of the credentials can only be created by UKG support. Please reach out to UKG support or to your success manager with the message draft below:

You will find the dynamically generated scopes in your connection flow. They should look similar to this:

You will receive an OAuth client id and client secret from UKG support. Please enter them into the connection flow:

Click Continue and finish the integration flow.

That's it, you'll see a confirmation that your connection is set up correctly, and you're set!

Now that your integration is live, you can either create jobs manually in HiPeople and link them to your existing UKG Pro Recruiting jobs, or turn on ATS Sync to have jobs created automatically in HiPeople whenever new ones are added in UKG Pro Recruiting. You can learn more about ATS Sync here.
