Customizing colors in your organization settings allows you to align the visual elements of HiPeople's candidate-facing products (Assessments and Reference Checks) with your brand identity. This enhances the candidate experience and ensures your employer brand safety.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Settings

    • Log in to your account.

    • Go to your name on the bottom left, then click Settings.

  2. Access "Organization"

    • Within Settings, select the "General" tab under the Organization category.

  3. Set Custom Colors

  • Under Brand Color, click the "Change brand color" button.

  • Use the color picker to choose your desired color.

  • Alternatively, you can enter specific color codes using HEX or RGB values.

4. Preview the Changes

  • You can preview how the buttons and other elements will look for candidates.

  • This preview helps you ensure the chosen colors match your brand identity effectively.

Who Can Do This?

  • Only Org Admins have the permissions to set custom colors.
