Push Integration lets you trigger assessments and reference checks directly from your ATS. After connecting, you can create a custom stage in your hiring pipeline. At this stage, select the templates you want to send. In some ATS platforms, you can define this once per job for a smooth and consistent experience.
This method gives you full control over sending assessments from inside your ATS. You always know what is being sent and to whom. The tradeoff is that you must choose the right template for each candidate or job, unless your ATS supports more automation.
Best suited for recruiters hiring across multiple roles and teams where hiring workflows vary.
